1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Astrolino, published by DOLPHINN EURL. By creating an account or using the service, the parent accepts these Terms on behalf of their family.

2. The service

Astrolino offers a supervised AI chat and a filtered web browser for children aged 7 to 15. It is configured and supervised by a parent. During the beta phase, creating a new parent account requires an invitation code.

3. Accounts & parental responsibility

The service must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Access requires the parent's Google sign-in; the parent adds each child, who signs in with their own Google account. The parent is responsible for supervising their child's use of the service and for the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Acceptable use

The service must be used lawfully and for its intended child-safety purpose. You agree not to attempt to bypass the content filtering, disrupt the service, or use it to harm others. The parent account has no access to the chat or browser by design.

5. AI content & filtering — limitations

Replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate or incomplete; they are not professional, medical, legal or educational advice and do not replace a parent, teacher or qualified professional. Content filtering is provided on a best-effort basis and cannot guarantee that every inappropriate page is blocked. Adult supervision remains necessary.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or suspend features to maintain safety and quality.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DOLPHINN EURL shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French law, including consumers' mandatory rights.

8. Data protection

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the app or our deletion page.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Marseille, France, subject to the mandatory protective rules applicable to consumers.
